Install the Module

The Form Builder module is installed from the DNN back-end. Please perform these steps as a SuperUser (Host).

1. Log in to the site, go to Settings > Extensions, and upload and install the module package DNNGo_FormBuilder_x.x.x_Install.zip.

   Installation package location

   The module package is included in the download package; the actual filename reflects the version number. See Download package contents.

2. Create a page named Form Builder Admin and set its access permissions to administrators only. This page is used to centrally manage your forms.

3. Add the DNNGo FormBuilder module to that page.

   

Once complete, the Form Builder management interface is available on that page.
